DcubeD was at Industry Space Days (ISD) 2021 on 7-8 December. The virtual event organized by ESA brought together 1400 participants from 40 countries for two days of presentations, discussions and networking, with a focus on commercialization of the space ecosystem. 

In addition to interesting conversations at our virtual booth, our CEO Thomas Sinn was on the panel “How to become an entrepreneur in the space sector” during ESA’s Young Entrepreneurs session. At this panel discussion, speakers from the new space landscape shared their adventures, failures and lessons-learned all around the topic of entrepreneurship. 

The event featured other interesting discussions on topics such as space debris removal, in-orbit servicing, on-orbit logistics services and space transportation. Recordings of the sessions are available on here.  

DcubeD was pleased to attend ISD 2021 and we are looking forward to the next year’s event, planned to be hosted at ESA/ESTEC in Noordwijk, Netherlands.
