The event organized by the European Commission had its focus on “Opportunities for the European New Space Ecosystem” and featured a status presentation on secure connectivity, followed by exciting pitches and discussions. 

During the dynamic event, a wide range of topics were covered, including new constellation concepts and payload technologies, next generation cryptography, quantum and inter-satellite links, innovations in operations and launcher technologies. Right after a Q&A with Commissioner Thierry Breton, our CEO Thomas Sinn was on a panel on Advanced platform and launcher technology. 

The event was not only a great opportunity to generate fresh leads and get up to date information on the secure connectivity initiative but also played a key role in identification of areas in which the disruption can happen and the European SMEs and startups, who can contribute to the secure connectivity notably.
